**Description of the company** Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization whose goal is to become the key link in the international trade supply chain. We provide a variety of operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products. Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a member of the professional team at Ray-Mont Logistics, the primary responsibilities are as follows: - Follow up with customers on payments received for which no payment breakdown has been provided. - Ensure the sending of statements of account and follow up on upcoming payments to our clients - Respond to customer questions and requests regarding their account statements - Prepare weekly performance analysis of accounts receivable - Integrate accounts receivable transactions from other operational systems within the group - Propose on a monthly basis the accounts receivable to be provisioned in the books - Participate in the continuous improvement process of the accounts receivable by contributing to the deployment of new functionalities of our accounting system - Follow up on credit insurance policies with our insurer and ensure that the information is updated in our various systems - Assist with the cashing of cheques - Participate in all other support tasks as needed - **Qualifications required**: - Bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken: bilingual environment, mostly English speaking clients - Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in accounting - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, mainly Microsoft Excel - Asset: Knowledge of an enterprise resource planning ("ERP") software - Microsoft D365 Ideally - **Desired competencies**: - Be customer oriented - Be adaptable - Results oriented - Communicate clearly and effectively - Outstanding teamwork and good relations with colleagues - Thoroughness, rigor and concern for work well done - Professionalism  - **In addition to the above, Ray-Mont Logistics employees benefit from**: - Flexible schedule; - Telecommuting position for the moment; - Competitive salary that can be increased according to experience and performance; - A complete group insurance coverage, supported by the employer's contribution; - An RRSP program, supported by the employer's contribution; and - 200$ worth of Ray-Mont Logistics logo clothing per year. **Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Life insurance - Paid time off - RRSP match Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
