**What you will do**
Working daily out of our office, your role as part of the team is primarily focused on the day to day operations to help ensure that our high-quality products get to our Canadian stores, and ultimately to our Canadian customers, in the most efficient and responsible way possible.
Providing our internal departments, customers, and sales reps with the highest level of service possible. This role will work closely with the office, sales representatives, management, operations and finance departments to ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner and with as much detailed information as needed.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:(Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis)
Compile & sorts documents such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions relating to the company’s customers.
Actively collect payments due from the Brixton Canada customers
Assist with entries to ledgers or computer spreadsheets and databases.
Utilize tools and resources provided to maintain all customer accounts receivable.
Investigates problems that customers have with making payments on account, and assist with all reasonable steps to arrange payments from customers.
Communicates customer issues with sales representatives and company management.
Prepare credit memos and possible subsequent refunds, for reasons including returned merchandise, variances, customer claims, or other contractual arrangements with customers.
Prepare invoices and account statements, reports and other records for use by customers and sales staff.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Be a point of contact for Brixton Canada Inc’s Sales reps, wholesale customers & eCommerce customers.
Assist with the Customer Service team to ensure efficiencies and highest level of customer service
Assist in phone support, customers ordering requests and all other office related duties.
Contact accounts to receive extensions, substitute styles, approval to pre-ship.
Order entry.
Assist with order maintenance
Issuing RAs / Returns / Markdowns
New account set up
Provide excellent customer service within the CDN marketplace (specialty, reps, employees, key accounts).
Other customer service issues/requests.
Assist with utilizing Key Account & House account portals to provide requests tools and assets seasonally
Assist with coordinating ERP system/processes
Assisting reps with input of all orders from Key Account into Brixton’s ERP system, ensuring all POs are reflected in Brixton’s ERP system.
Assist with the Canadian sales reports for our Office
Coordinate with sales & operations department with all EDI procedures
Assist sales with the creation and distribution of seasonal selling tools, which includes, but is not limited to, order forms, catalogs, samples, delivery calendars.
Obtain and provide sample orders to purchasing for the Canada territory
Assist with allocations
Maintain direct communication with our warehouse for customer-specific orders and general queries to ensure timely deliveries
Work with finance to ensure all credits, mis-ships, returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Oversee the wholesale account experience for customer service
Assist in all aspects of outbound shipments
Assist with operational daily processes to ensure efficiencies and accuracy
Assist in and prep for sales meetings.
Assist Sales Management and Operations Management on special projects and reports as needed.

**What you Bring**
Experience is Business Administration, Customer Service, Finance or a related field.
2+ years of progressive Business Administration work experience
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in consumer service preferred.
