**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR**

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You analyze billing reports and follow up with clinics and clients.
- You handle the monthly and one-time billing for the various agreements we have with public organizations.
- You analyze agreements with our doctors and produce the monthly billing for fees and services for our licensed clients.
- You follow up with various clients to ensure compliance with payment terms.
- You perform bank reconciliation.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a college diploma (D.E.C.) in accounting or administration and two years of experience in a similar role.
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Navision.
- You have an intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- You are known for your analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- You are able to work in a team and independently. You are bilingual (French and English) as you will need to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.
