We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. **Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in math and cashiering tasks.
- Assist with food handling and preparation in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and restrooms.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
