- **Key Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Lead the front of house team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that keeps the party going.
- Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for a fantastic dining experience at Blanco Cantina.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize seating and ensure a seamless guest flow.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Uphold Blanco Cantina’s high standards of hospitality, training team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain clean and inviting dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Bringing the lively spirit of Blanco Cantina to life with your infectious energy and commitment to providing fun, unforgettable hospitality.
- **Qualifications**_
- Hospitality Leadership: Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a vibrant and energetic restaurant environment.
- Team Engagement: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, resolve challenges, and maintain high standards of guest service that reflect Blanco Cantina’s lively atmosphere.
- Guest-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, embodying Blanco Cantina’s commitment to hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
- Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage warmly with guests, collaborate effectively with team members, and liaise with management.
- Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and uphold meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to embrace the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure Blanco Cantina remains a destination for unforgettable dining experiences.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
