**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clear and concise communication, exceptional support to customers, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and clear communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Generate quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to meet company sales standards.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Manage inventory inquiries and coordinate with suppliers to fulfill orders.
- Maintain accurate records in the company system.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed knowledge and sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and willingness to learn new software.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field (industrial supply experience) is an asset but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial tools or supplies is an asset.
