Harrison Hot Springs, Canada Springs RV Resort Full time

The Springs RV Resort is a recreational RV Resort with 206 RV sites. The Resort's proximity, less than 90 minutes from Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, makes it very appealing to our RV lot owners and guests who want to escape the city and spend their leisure time in a beautiful setting. Although the majority of the RV sites are enjoyed by the lot owners on weekends and holidays, the Resort also has 20 overnight rental sites which are open to the public to reserve from April through October.

The Resort Manager is responsible for the maintenance of the facilities, including 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, security, safety aspects of the Resort, hiring and training staff, ordering supplies, and managing the budget. The Resort Manager reports to the Resort Administrator.

**The Resort is also seeking to hire a Resort Host, which will be advertised separately. A couple with the relevant skills & qualifications will be considered for these two positions.

**Salary**:

- $42,000. $50,000 per year plus accommodation.
- Schedule: Flexible. Full-time. Fixed renewable contract. Two months holiday annually.
- Due to the nature of the seasonal aspect of the position, May to September may require longer work days, which will include holidays and weekends, with compensating time off in slower months.

**Experience**:

- Customer service. Hospitality or property management experience is an asset.
- Facilities maintenance or skills that will fit the requirements.
- Familiarity with recreational vehicles is an asset.
- Must have a valid BC Driver's License.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs that fall within your knowledge and mechanical capabilities and, if necessary, coordinate and follow up with any vendors as required.
- Ensure the Resort grounds and amenities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and bend, twist, kneel and squat.
- Hiring, training and managing three to five support staff.
- Daily and periodic maintenance of the following: - 2 pools, open from May to September, 2 hot tubs, open from April to October - Amenities, washrooms and equipment.
- Daily maintenance and cleaning of resort facilities as needed.
- Deliver top notch customer service to resort owners and daily rental guests.
- Review daily sales report and annual budget on a weekly basis.
- Be on call and work unconventional hours and weekends in the busy season.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
