Job Duties: - Drive Forklift - Retrieve proper cable from its pre-selected home and set up to be cut - Scan "Inventory Label" and "Cut Label" to ensure correct material - Pull cable through the "clock" and attach accordingly to proper reel selected to meet the ordered length (Note: Reel sizes are selected at the Cut Line Operator's, discretion to minimize waste and fit product properly) - Run the "Rewinder" and cut product to desired length - Wrap finished product with cardboard or Plastic to prevent damage during the shipping process and identify parcel with a "Cut ticket" - Adjust inventory and place original reel ticket back into stock location Additional Duties: - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Load and unload incoming/outgoing stock - Fulfill other aspects of what the customer orders require, i.e.: (Stripping chain links, components, etc.) - Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group’s success.
