**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Human Resources team with administrative responsibilities and tasks including but not limited to recruitment.
**What does a Talent Acquisition Coordinator do?**
- Identify and attend relevant career fairs, college fairs, and industry events, etc.
- Develop new agency connections, review contracts and make recommendations for best practices as it relates to recruitment and retention
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of interviews
- Develop and maintain a recruitment tracking system
- Monitors employee probationary period activities, including tracking end dates.
- Host health benefit and RRSP meetings as staff reach enrollment, enroll staff online
**What you bring to the table**
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience with full-cycle and high-volume recruitment
- Experience as an HR recruiter coordinating and administering HR-related programs and policies
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Administration
- CHRP designation (or working towards it) preferred
**Salary information: $50,000 to $55,000 annual salary is dependent on experience**
