Operations Coordinator

TDG is seeking an **Operations Coordinator**. Our goal is to develop the next generation of leaders as our company continues to grow.

The Operations Coordinator will support all areas of operations and is the central point for reporting, filing, compliance, audits, oversight, and special projects as required. Working closely with the hub and the branches to improve our processes, ensure compliance and improve efficiencies.

**Requirements**:

- Capable communication, follow up, and execution skills.
- Strong admin skills; reporting, spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, etc.
- A problem solver by nature.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- High affection for process Improvement activities.
- Comfortable with floor presence.
- College Diploma/Certificate and equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of related experience in the manufacturing or warehousing industry

**Job Duties**:

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) management.
- Support and maintain processes for Best Practices, standardization across the branches and compliance.
- Maintain and update Warehouse Capacity Planning Matrix
- Racking inventory database management and oversight.
- Material Handling and other related equipment database management.
- Coordinate/manage supplier invoices, coordination, processing, activities.
- Admin support: Reporting consolidation, graphing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
- Coordinate activities regarding office space, furniture, etc.
- General facility support; Orangeville day to day, building renovations, expansions, equipment tests, etc.
- New equipment admin, manuals, filing, warranty, CVOR, etc, etc
- Oversee compliance for; regulatory inspections, building, H&S audits, JH&S committee, training requirements, etc.
- Liaise & follow up on tasks, projects requests within the Ops department as well as other stakeholders outside of operations.
