As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage digital campaigns, and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts. Duties
- Research on the preferences and attitude on product samples to identify the interests and concerns of target audience of Lavender Polo.
- Analyse features of agricultural products, tourism, events, polo, and wedding services provided by Lavender Polo and optimize the promotion channels.
- Create contents in forms of brochures, infographics, newsletters for digital marketing on major social media platforms including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Instagram, etc.
- Maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and driving online traffic to Lavender Polo’s website and official social accounts.
- Coordinate and organize special campaigns and promotions including lavender products workshops, Breathe Yoga campaigns, and other trending social events to increase Lavender Polo’s reach.
- Measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics after each marketing initiative to determine whether it meets the preset goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with other companies.

Qualifications:

- A university degree or equivalent in marketing and/or Media Communications
- 3 years marketing experiences
- Savy user of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Proficient in written and visual content production
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
