**Provincial Decision Support Analyst (Full-time position)**
The Provincial Decision Support Analyst plays a key role in shaping program strategies and delivering insights that drive impactful change. By leveraging advanced data analytics, the Provincial Decision Support Analyst supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of integrated care models. This role ensures that data-informed decisions align with the program’s goals of improving health outcomes, reducing costs, and advancing health equity.
**The Provincial Decision Support Analyst will have the ability to work from home and in-office in a hybrid model and will require occasional travel to our regional offices in Ontario and Ottawa.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Data Analysis & Reporting (40%)**
- Analyze large datasets to assess program performance, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Support data standardization across CBI Home Health Programs.
**Program Evaluation (20%)**
- Collaborate with program leads to design evaluation frameworks, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress against the Quintuple Aim objectives.
**Decision Support (15%)**
- Provide data-driven recommendations to guide strategic planning and operational decision-making for integrated care models. This includes working with site-specific operational teams, to ensure a standardized approach to data management.
**Stakeholder Collaboration (15%)**
- Work with clinical teams, leadership, and external partners to align data insights with provincial priorities and healthcare system transformation goals.
**Health Equity Analytics (10%)**
- Incorporate equity-focused analyses to identify and address disparities in care delivery and outcomes.

**What you will need to be successful**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, decision support, or program evaluation within the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of integrated care models (including home and community healthcare) and provincial healthcare policies is an asset.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or R).
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of healthcare data systems and performance measurement frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
