**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
- Track college research grants by status; timelines, financial, contact information and more.
- Collect research project and funding data from research leads across organization for tracking and reporting purposes. Review existing documentation with research leads to verify accuracy on a regular basis.
- Provided administrative support to multiple committees, including research team search committees, Internal Grant Review Committee, Research Award Committee, etc.
- Orient faculty members on matters related to the applied research and institutional process, funding and grant/funder compliance.
- Develop and maintain applied and institutional research resources and toolkits for NorQuest staff and faculty in partnership with RAI staff.
- Understand data coding within a preset framework established by the Manager, Applied Research Analysts, or applied research team members.
- Periodically review research budgets to ensure accurate cost categories.
- Work with team members to build online surveys and pull survey data.
- Vet potential research participants using guidelines established by research teams, ensuring free and informed consent is granted.
- Ability to transcribe interviews, remove identifiers, and prepare qualitative data for analysis
- Work with IRC to coordinate research data sharing agreements.
- Provide year end support to Grants Consultant, ensuring funds are charged to the correct account codes.
- Support the generation of quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc budget reports to project and monitor multiple grants’ expenditures and identify overspends.
- Support Grants Consultant in preparing relevant research financial reporting forms, including Form 300s and 301s, as well as other statements of accounts.
- Track expenditures of individual research grants administered by RAI.
- Provide general administrative support such as supply orders, room bookings, meeting minutes, update and maintain website content, submit purchase requisitions, contracts, invoices, reconcile procurement cards and more for the research departments and across RAI, working with the administrative team to cover off when needed.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Completion of an undergraduate degree or post-secondary diploma in research administration or similar.
- 5 years’ experience in a post-secondary environment.
- Completion of TCPS 2 is considered an asset. If it is not completed at point of hire, it will be required upon hiring.

- Completion of TCPS 2 is considered an asset. If it is not completed at point of hire, it will be required upon hiring.
**SALARY**: $54,028-$70,193 annually, reflective of what you bring, AKA your education and experience. This is a full time permanent with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
