**Job Title**: Construction Installer with Growth into Sales
**Location**: Vaughan, ON & GTA (Hybrid: jobsites, client sites, remote)
**Compensation**:Hourly Rate ($20-$30/hr) + Commission + Profit Sharing** + **Allowances**(Car, Phone, Meals)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Installer who is interested in career growth. This hybrid role is primarily hands-on installation, with training provided to develop the skills needed for client-facing sales and project management. You will eventually be responsible for both completing the work and dealing directly with clients.

**KEY INSTALLATION DUTIES**:

- Perform all aspects of hands-on installation: framing, drywall, minor electrical (non-licensed tasks), and finishings.
- Operate all necessary power and hand tools safely and proficiently.
- Conduct jobsite cleanup and daily maintenance of company tools and materials.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed on site.

**KEY GROWTH DUTIES (Training Provided)**:

- Learn to conduct on-site client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Train to prospect and manage new client relationships.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Sales, Negotiating and Marketing

**NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Minimum 2 years hands-on construction experience** (framing, drywall, finishings).
- **Fluent in English** with strong verbal communication skills.
- Professional confidence to interact directly with clients.
- Must be proficient in operating all standard power tools and measurement tools.
- Must be able to read and follow construction plans and drawings.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for long periods.
- Must have a valid G-class driver's license and reliable vehicle for GTA travel.

**SCHEDULE**:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Thursday (weekends are an open opportunity to earn more)

**COMPENSATION, TRAINING & ADVANCEMENT**:

- **Guaranteed Hourly Rate** for all installation hours.

**Licence/Certification**: G Driver's License (required)

**Work Location**: Hybrid (In head office/personal office, on job sites)

Pay: $50,000.00-$127,072.55 per year
