This job is 100% commission basis.

Applicant must hold a Mortgage Agent license OR have at least 3 years of experience in a Canadian Bank/Financial Institution.

Excellent and competitive commission split, based on the agent's performance.

Mortgage Intelligence for The Mortgage Brothers' team is hiring an experienced Mortgage Agent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Evaluate clients' financial situations and determine their eligibility for mortgage loans
- Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and loan terms for clients
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, explaining terms and conditions, and answering any questions they may have
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

**Experience**:

- Hold an updated Mortgage Agent License in an asset, unless the applicant has a string mortgage knowledge in a Canadian Bank/Financial Institution.
- Applicant must hold a Mortgage Agent license OR have at least 3 years of experience in a Canadian Bank/Financial Institution.

Previous experience in the financial services industry, preferably in mortgage lending
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination processes, and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Bilingual proficiency (English and another language) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Strong math skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly payments
- Ability to negotiate effectively with lenders on behalf of clients
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients throughout the mortgage process

Pay: $39,371.52-$173,497.22 per year
