**Responsibilities**:
- Draft, edit, proofread and/or format legal documents such as agreements, pleadings, and motions
- Maintain and organize paper and electronic filing systems for legal documents and correspondence
- Track deadlines and court dates using calendars and software
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and appearances
- Generate and process client invoices
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the lawyer and/or department
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and deliver work with a high level of attention to detail. Self-motivated and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Abilities: Clear and professional verbal and written communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Technologically Proficient: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software tools.
- Customer Service Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide professional, responsive service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Professionalism and Discretion: Strong understanding of confidentiality and the handling of sensitive information.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a professional office or customer service environment is preferred.
