We are seeking an Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team We are looking for a team player, that can take charge and easily adapt to new situations. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. You must have management experience and able to manage a staff of 10+ employees. This position has direct oversight of approximately ~20 employees, 13 CVOR service vehicles, and two shops located in Brampton & Concord.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and provide leadership for all of the washing employees.
- Support scheduling, dispatching, and quoting on a daily basis
- Support in the administration of the business including: facilitating the collection of daily bills to be invoiced, submitting bills, providing expense reports, etc.
- Oversee the maintenance of company trucks with the support of maintenance employee
- Hire & Train Employees
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations and safety and compliance
- Provide supervision on larger job sites to ensure jobs are completed to company standards
- Allocation of resources and materials on a daily basis for the employees to ensure washers have the ability to complete jobs
- Ordering and inventory support to ensure adequate stock in shops.
- Quality Control to ensure that company washing stays at high-level for customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in operations 3 years + or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Previous Management Experience
- High Integrity individuals
- Strong computer literacy which includes the use of any office utility software such as Microsoft Office
- Must be an effective communicator, and problem solver.
- Must be driven and goal oriented.
- Must have experience managing a truck fleet.
- Must have customer service experience.
- Must be dependable, and reliable.

**Company Description**

We are an established Mobile wash company in GTA, that has been around for over 50 years. Great work environment with a lot of room to grow in the company.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
