**BFL CANADA is seeking an Accounting Intern for its Montreal Office**
**YOUR TASKS AS AN ACCOUNTING INTERN**:
- Process mail.
- Verify, process and pay accounts receivable.
- Validate and record credit card statements, wire transfers and refund requests.
- Produce various account analyses and reconciliations.
- Prepare the deposit and make it to the bank.
- Follow-up on customer and supplier files.
- Manage post-dated cheques.
- Support the accounting department, as needed.
- All other related tasks.
**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- College diploma or university degree in progress.
- Experience in the insurance field (an asset).
- Ability to work well independently, in a team and with other members of the organization.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Thoroughness, attention to detail, quality and timeliness.
- Effective time management.
- Customer service oriented.
- Bilingual (French and English).
