**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Automotive Sales Experience in a FORD dealership considered an asset
- High-performing sales history
- High customer satisfaction history
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid OMVIC license
- Sound computer skills
- Well-spoken, friendly, and articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Team player with a positive mindset
