**Job Overview**:
This is a full-time Sales Consultant role located in Oakville, ON. As a Sales Consultant at RSA Motors, you will be responsible for driving sales by providing exceptional customer service and guidance to potential car buyers. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers in selecting the right car for their needs, conducting test drives, explaining financing options, negotiating prices, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Valid driver's license
- Valid OMVIC license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and latest car models
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- **BASE PAY PLUS COMMISSION ON SALES
