The Zesty Lemon Clothing Co. is looking for a **Customer Service & Support Associate** to bring great energy to our boutique while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
**Position**: Customer Service & Support Associate
**Location**: New Westminster, BC
**Type**: Part-time to Full-time, 20-40 hours/week (depending on business needs)
**Pay**: To be discussed
**Experience**: 2+ years in a retail or clothing store setting preferred; Shopify experience is an asset
**What You’ll Do**:
- Be the friendly, welcoming face of the store—help customers feel confident and excited about what they wear.
- Provide personalized service, assisting with sizing, styling, and creating a positive in-store experience.
- Support the store owner with admin tasks to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Assist with inventory—receiving, organizing, and preparing products for launch.
- Keep displays fresh and inviting through visual merchandising.
- Jump in on social media and online store tasks; comfortable being on camera is a bonus
- Adapt to additional tasks as needed to support a busy, growing boutique.
**Who You Are**:
- Experienced in retail and passionate about **exceptional customer service**.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and happy to support with admin and behind-the-scenes work.
- Enthusiastic about inclusivity and body positivity, with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Flexible to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
- Comfortable handling stock, moving around the store, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Shopify experience is a bonus
