**Advertising Specialist - Google, Meta & Pinterest Ads**

**Location**: Toronto, ON (On-Site)

**Job Type**: Part-Time (potential for Full-Time)

**About Us**

PPE Supply Canada is a fast-growing Canadian e-commerce company specializing in health, wellness, and consumer products. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven **Advertising Specialist** to help scale our digital campaigns and drive measurable growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimize **paid campaigns** across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest.
- Conduct **market research** to refine targeting and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to align ad messaging with product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of spend.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices to maximize performance.
- (Optional if you want broader scope) Support content creation or campaign visuals by coordinating with designers.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads**.
- Strong knowledge of **PPC strategies, remarketing, and audience segmentation**.
- Familiar with **Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and ad tracking tools**.
- Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements.
- Strong communication and ad copywriting skills.
- Experience with e-commerce or retail advertising is an asset.

**Working Conditions**
- **On-site role in Toronto**.
- Part-time with potential to grow into a full-time role.
