Context

Would you like to work in a role at the heart of customer data management?

Our team is responsible for the customer data management ecosystem, so we're at the heart of everything that goes into delivering red carpet service to our customers. Your knowledge will be essential as you take charge of project, operational and technological initiatives.

You will be part of a Squad that aims to innovate and develop new ways of integrating data and data sources into our assets, as well as making data available to our customers and consumers. We've taken the DevOps turn, and our ambition is to accelerate our transformation over the next few years. To do this, we need you, your attitude and your talent.

Your main challenges:
Accompany the various partners in their approach to business or technical solutions for the MDMAE platform.

Understand and challenge business needs and architecture requirements and convert them into functional requirements, while ensuring traceability of requirements.

Write detailed functional analyses (aligned with business needs and architecture solution), validate them with business partners, present them to developers and validate their proper implementation still for the MDMAE platform.

Produce relevant documentation to support functional analysis (use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.).

Design and support the development of defined solutions so that they meet the functional and technical standards required by MDMAE.

Carry out functional tests and assist the test team in developing and carrying out acceptance tests for MDMAE solutions.

Diagnose, implement, coordinate and resolve problems relating to the proper functioning of solutions.

Analyze impacts on the solution and suggest action plans for adjustments.

Understand different data models (conceptual, physical).

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of Master Data Management is required for this role;
Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or equivalent

Minimum 5 years' experience in IT as a business analyst

Experience in a banking environment desirable

Knowledge and practical experience of agile development methodologies

Experience in producing detailed and relevant user stories as part of a project using agile methodology

Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

Knowledge and practical experience of automated quality assurance testing

Knowledge and practical experience of behavior-driven programming (BDD) an asset

Knowledge of UML and BPMN an asset

Relevant knowledge of data integration or data management solutions

Excellent problem-solving skills

Collaborates effectively

Demonstrates autonomy and proactivity

Excellent interpersonal skills in a team context and in dealing with business partners

Ability to document and communicate daily in French and English

Thoroughness and attention to detail

Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment (architecture, solution, infrastructure, organizational)
