Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including attending industry events and networking opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market insights for management review.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in account management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for outside sales activities.

Pay: $2,600.00-$5,000.00 per month
