**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**

This position is responsible for first interactions with clients of RHS. Duties include answering phone calls, greeting clients and booking appointments. Will ensure prompt and accurate data entry for all new and current referrals
- Answer phones in a confident, polite and efficient manner.
- Take requests for deliveries, assistance, new service and ensure the requests are taken care of
- Manage all incoming faxes/referrals and enter into EMR with accuracy and efficiency
- Contact patients by phone to schedule appointments using current EMR
- Provide supplies/services to clients, and receive payments for the same
- Provide accurate receipts for services to clients for insurance/billing purposes
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the front office
- Help maintain safe and healthy work environment

**Are you a MATCH?**
- 1-2 years reception/administration experience
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing situations and keep on task
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Superior customer service skills
- Above average keyboarding/data entry skills
