**_Product Manager_**

**_ Saskatoon_**
- Are you energized by building innovative solutions that drive real impact for businesses around the globe? _Love turning ideas into products people actually use? Join us as a Product Manager and help local businesses everywhere win more customers. You’ll pair real-world problems with the latest AI and marketing tech, then ship solutions that make it all click._

**About the Job**
- As a Product Manager at Vendasta, you’ll turn the high-level product vision into approachable AI features that small businesses can use and trust out of the box. Leading development teams, you’ll translate customer pain points into sprint-ready stories, guide designers and engineers through rapid experiments, and ship polished, out-of-the-box tools that make complex tech feel effortless. Day to day you’ll prioritize the backlog, remove blockers, measure adoption and revenue impact, and iterate fast—while shaping how we build by proposing smarter workflows, data insights, and MVP tests. Clear communication, sharp stakeholder instincts, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes will be the keys to winning in this role._

**Your Impact**

As a Product Manager, you'll work with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to:

- Translate real SMB pain points into AI-powered features that ship every sprint and measurably grow active users, retention, and MRR.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—discovery, spec, launch, and iteration—grounded in customer interviews and usage data.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver performant, scalable, and delightful AI-powered product experiences.
- Prototype quickly to de-risk ideas before full build.(e.g., LLM prompts, lightweight UI mocks)
- Stay ahead of the AI & small-business tech landscape, bringing competitive insights into roadmap decisions.
- Optimize product adoption and engagement using analytics, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and continuous user feedback loops.
- Track and report success metrics to stakeholders with clear, compelling storytelling.
- Communicate strategy, updates, and insights clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Champion a culture of execution—removing blockers, fostering collaboration, and keeping the team focused on outcomes, not output.

**What You Bring to the Table**

You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on product leader who excels at solving complex problems with simplicity and purpose. You bring:

- 3-5 years shipping B2B SaaS products, with a preference on a weekly or bi-weekly release cadence.
- An excitement about AI that’s turned into passion projects or experimentation and you can share a demo.
- Proven ability to shrink idea-to-release cycle times through lean discovery, rapid prototyping, and ruthless backlog pruning.
- Analytical expertise with tools like Posthog, Looker, or Google Analytics to make data-backed decisions.
- Clear, compelling communication and storytelling that rallies engineers, executives, and small-business owners around a single outcome.
- Experience with API-driven ecosystems or AI/ML-enabled features is considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with customer discovery and validation techniques, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
- Degree in Computer Science (or similar) welcomed—but we’re more interested in what you’ve built and shipped.
