**Duties**
- Oversee Production, ensuring Safe - Effective (First Time Right) - Efficient operations.
- Direct Reports include 1 to 3 Production Supervisors. Indirect reports include 12 people.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Implement lean manufacturing TPM principles to optimize productivity, maintain process control.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
- Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Manage operations and coordinate with various departments to meet production goals.
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching to the production team.
- Create a positive work experience.
- Ensure adherence to FSQA standards throughout the production process.
- Communicate scheduling of production timelines with other departments.
- Ensure development and training on pertinent SOPs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in production management or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or TPM methodologies.
- Supply chain management skills, including inventory control and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of FSQA standards such as HACCP, GMP, GFSI.
- Ability to confidently make decisions, keep the calm, as it relates to production timelines.

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$135,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK S7M 5V1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 3 years (required)
- Personnel management: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
