Responsabilités:
Traiter la paie des salariés toutes les deux semaines et la paie mensuelle des syndiqués.
Tenir à jour les statuts de la paie (cessations d'emploi, congés)
Produire les rapports mensuels sur la paie et les tiers, ainsi que les demandes de paiement.
Préparer les fichiers d'entrée du GL pour la comptabilité/les finances
Réviser et ajuster les codes de rémunération/déduction au besoin.
Rapprocher toutes les remises et les anomalies du PIER.
Vous êtes en mesure d'effectuer un cycle de paie complet, la fin de l'année, les formulaires fiscaux et les résumés gouvernementaux.
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des employés sur la paie et de Service Canada
Administrer le régime d'avantages sociaux dans le système de paie, le mettre à jour et le rapprocher des dossiers d'avantages sociaux.
Fournir les données de paie pour les demandes d'indemnisation des accidents du travail et des invalidités
Appuyer les demandes de paiement des factures liées aux avantages sociaux, au besoin.
Fournir un soutien supplémentaire à la paie, selon les besoins.

Connaissances et compétences requises:
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience de travail similaire et d’administration des prestations
Bonne connaissance des lois provinciales et fédérales
Certification S.C.P., un atout
Familiarité avec SAP SuccessFactors et InSync Ceridian, un atout
Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office et Crystal Reports
Minutie et capacité à offrir un degré élevé de précision
Capacité à travailler simultanément sur plusieurs dossiers, excellentes gestion du temps et organisation
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des échéanciers serrés
Bonne initiative et esprit proactif

Responsibilities:
Process both a salaried bi-weekly payroll and a monthly unionized payroll
Keep payroll statuses up to date (terminations, leaves)
Produce payroll and third-party monthly reporting and payment requests
Prepare GL entry files for Accounting/Finance
Review and adjust earning/deduction codes as needed
Reconcile all remittances and PIER deficiencies
Able to complete a full year payroll cycle, year-end, tax forms and government summaries
Respond to employee payroll enquiries and Service Canada

Administer benefits plan in payroll system, update and reconcile with benefit records
Provide payroll data for worker compensation and disability claims
Support payment requests for benefit related invoices when needed
Provide additional payroll support as needed

Requirements:
Bilingual (French and English)
Minimum of 5 years of similar work experience
Up to date knowledge of provincial and federal legislation
PCP certification an asset
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and InSync Ceridian an asset
Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills (organized)
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Proactive approach and takes initiative
Team player
