We're a disruptive force in the Canadian economy, and we actually GREW during COVID-19 because we give Canadian businesses something they can't get anywhere else: a transformed employee benefits experience. **WHAT’S THE JOB?** Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointments for them with our licensed advisors who get them on our plan. Technically, we're known as "prospectors": we find high-potential contacts and prepare them for a sales conversation. It's all done over the telephone, from both our comfortable offices and yours (in a hybrid capacity), during business hours (plus ending early every Friday). **WHAT YOU’LL BRING...** - Professionalism_: you're talking to business leaders about a major part of their budget, sometimes in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Showing up well matters. - Persistence_: our specialists are the toughest people in the company, and maybe the entire sector. They know that a challenge is about getting stronger, not weaker. - Coachability_: on many days you'll talk to dozens of people, and each one can teach you something. If you believe you can always get better, we'll help you. - Discipline_: we believe that luck is where opportunity meets preparation. If you know how to organize your day, you've just created half your luck. - A bit of a competitive streak_: we look for people who work hard to see their names at the top of the list, and have friendly competition with their peers. **What about sales experience?** If you've been in a sales role before, great If you haven't been in a sales role before, great What really matters is the list above. We can train the rest. **WHAT WE’LL BRING** - A comfortable base salary plus uncapped performance bonuses:_ earn upwards of $60,000+ annually, while still knowing you can pay the bills. - A career path: _we want to support to your personal and professional development.
