We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Health and Beauty Clerk. As a Health and Beauty Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting our customers in the health and beauty section, with a particular focus on organic and natural beauty products. Your expertise in makeup and your keen interest in organic beauty will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality product selection.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in finding health and beauty products
- Provide personalized product recommendations and advice based on customers' individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing health and beauty section, ensuring that all products are properly stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and research in organic and natural beauty products.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of various organic beauty products, highlighting their effectiveness and sustainability.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to create engaging displays and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer awareness of our health and beauty offerings.
- Perform regular inventory checks and communicate with the store manager regarding stock levels and product replenishment needs.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for both customers and employees.

**Qualifications**:

- A genuine interest in organic and natural beauty products, with knowledge of different brands, ingredients, and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
