**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Former specifically in forming and placing rebar for concrete beam & suspended concrete slabs. (Pay negotiable based on proof of experience with above mentioned tasks).

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the renovation of existing structures by removing old concrete and preparing surfaces for new installations.
- Perform concrete forming tasks, including setting up molds and frames for pouring concrete.
- Execute concrete finishing techniques to achieve a smooth and durable surface.
- Utilize hand tools and heavy machinery safely and effectively during construction activities.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to build structures according to project plans.
- Handle flooring installation tasks as needed, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required, moving materials and equipment throughout the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using hand tools related to construction and concrete work.
- Experience with concrete finishing techniques is essential.
- Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of concrete forming processes is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to flooring installation or welding as needed.
