We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for our Business Analysis and Reporting team. Working together with the sales team this individual will help set upcoming targets and goals, and will also be responsible for tracking their results. Other duties include monitoring traffic sales to identify, implement, and track potential growth opportunities.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Creating, maintaining, optimizing, streamlining, and automating recurring reports.
- Completing ad-hoc requests for key stakeholders.
- Preparing and interpreting data for the purpose of preparing statistical & financial reports, as well as forecast models.
- Analyzing trends and marketing promotions to determine current and future impacts on KPIs.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve communication and results.
- Translating data into meaningful information and presenting actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- Experience with business intelligence analytics minimum 2+ years, experience within the sales or financial industry preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience working with data teams and creating dashboards.
- Bachelor or Master's in business, Statistics, Actuarial Finance, Economics, Mathematics. or accounting background (with previous experience as a CPA/CFA and a desire to transition into a Data Analyst role).
- Strong understanding of business and statistics is important.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (Pivot Tables, Cubes, Data Analysis Toolpak).
- Data visualization experience using tools such as Power BI and data manipulation proficiency using SQL,
- The ability to sift through large and varied data sets to uncover valuable data insights and discrepancies.
- The ability to maintain a standard of high-quality under pressure while creating creative solutions.
