The IT Technical Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring successful planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. They will monitor and report on project status, updates and make sure there is clear communication with key stakeholders for the delivery and implementation of processes and projects.

This is a 1 year contract for maternity leave coverage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively manage communication and collaborate with IT, pipeline and production to understand project requirements, goals and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Work with the Senior team to prioritize tasks within the global technology departments ensuring that the development team are aligned with highest priorities, and that the requirements are clearly defined to all teams.
- Coordinate with IT Technical manager to allocate and manage project resources effectively. Facilitate team meetings to translate production requirements into specific technical solutions/outcomes to deliver show needs.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, and project schedules.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- KPI metrics to be reported to management with an aim to highlight any risks, issues and opportunities.
- Procurement of technology at the request of the CTO.

**Requirements**:

- Previous project coordination or management experience within an IT environment
- Experience of working in the VFX/Animation/Games industry desirable but not essential.
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Project management software experience.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines in a busy environment
- Good knowledge of IT, infrastructure and operations.
- PM methodology experience
- agile working desirable but not essential.
- A desire to create a positive working experience for others and key contributor to creating a positive team working, collaborative environment.
