**VTL Transport - VTRANS Branch** is a fast-growing transportation and logistics company dedicated to providing efficient, reliable service across Canada. We're currently looking for a **Customer Service Agent** to support our operations team. If you're bilingual, organized, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment—**we want to hear from you**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** with customers and partners
- **Schedule appointments** and coordinate logistics with internal departments
- Accurately perform **data entry** and maintain up-to-date records
- Communicate shipment updates, service changes, and resolve issues
- Work closely with dispatch and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive communication

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a customer service role
- Experience in the **transportation or logistics industry** is a strong asset
- **Bilingual** - fluent in English and French (or Spanish)
- Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with a positive and proactive mindset
