We are looking for a talented Technical Animator to join our mission in creating the future of gaming entertainment. On this team, you will be critical to character animation, tools and rigging systems that support Unreal/Maya. You will also be pivotal in developing amazing animations, building bipedal/quadrupedal skeletons, weapon rigs, and vehicle rigs for dynamic and unique reload systems and terrain movement. You are a bridge between art, design and engineering, and will ensure our pipelines and processes are stronger, faster and performant. You’ll be empowered and given autonomy. Your ideas will matter.

**️ The Job**
- Design, create, test, and maintain character/weapon/vehicle rigs.
- Animate characters, weapons, and vehicles for in-game scenarios
- Create amazing motion and deformation systems.
- Develop pipeline tools to streamline production process.
- Implement and drive rigging tools that allow the teams to prototype, while still driving quality and performance.
- Collaborate proactively with all departments to ensure finalized asset’s form, function and technical requirements are met.
- Effectively implement feedback from the Lead and Art Director while advancing the established art aesthetic.
- Manage timelines and tasks accordingly.

- 3+ Years of experience as an animator/technical rigger.
- Minimum 1 AAA shipped titles.
- Experience creating AAA character architecture and rigs.
- Experience with latest trends and tools for next gen development.
- Strong understanding of Unreal 5 rigging systems and pipelines for development.
- Expert skills in Maya.
- Strong understanding of both facial and figure anatomy
- Complex character and vehicle rigging experience in Maya and Unreal
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Absolute passion for playing and making video games.

**Nice to Have**
- A strong portfolio showcasing traditional skills and classic fundamentals.
- A strong showcase of traditional or 3D animations for games or film
- A mindset of continuous improvement; humble and ambitious.
- Prior experience in a startup environment or small business.
- Adaptable, with a good sense of humor.
- Multi-lingual
