**What you Offer**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
- 3+ years Experience as an Automotive Dealership Service Advisor. (Ford preferred)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain peak CSI scores.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness and motivation to exceed sales goals.
- Ability to explain complicated automotive concepts to customers who may not be familiar with industry terminology.
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles is an asset.

**Duties include**:

- Greeting guests in an effective, timely manner with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Explaining the type of service work being performed in detail to guests, while identifying and recommending any potential Ford services required.
- Keeping guests informed of the vehicle status through every step of the service visit.
- Ensure invoices and accounts are accurate, paid, and closed.
- Processing work order warranty claims.
- Invoicing and cashing out guests while clearly explaining the details of work performed with associated costs.
- Conducting follow-ups with guests after service.
- Maintaining necessary product, service knowledge training.

*New hires must provide police criminal background check prior to start date*

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
