Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet walk-in customers and present our products
- Answering phones and taking orders via phone as they are placed
- Assist in product sales to recommend specific products and solutions, including estimates and material takeoff.
- Process payments from Customers
- Provide accurate information regarding the availability of in-stock items and obtain precise information from vendors relating to out-of-stock items and the expected delivery date.
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Other tasks may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Construction or Building Materials knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Experience with accounting software or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Strong Record Keeping Skills, Presentation Skills,
- Ability to Multitask and Willingness to grow in the company
- Problem-solving.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
