This position is required to work in the Vegreville branch office.
However, periodically may be asked to work in other AFSC branches. Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSC’s Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy.
Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible to provide lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients’ business/operations in providing such support.

- Leadership and mentorship role within the Lending Team.

What will you be responsible for?
- You will be responsible for the growth and management of a lending portfolio.
- Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation.
- Enhanced client interactions using in person and digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum**: Related Diploma and four (4) years related experience
**Preferred**: Related University Degree and four (4) years related experience
