This is a remote position and can be based out of Manitoba Saskatchewan, Alberta

Travel to Ontario, Manitoba Saskatchewan, Alberta. Including Eastern Maritime Provinces in Canada

The Opportunity:
While focusing on delivering the highest level of customer service the Product Specialist provides on-site technical support for OEM machines in an assigned geographical territory. The Product Support Specialist grows and solidifies farmer and dealer relationships by communicating, training, educating, and developing strategies focused on OEM equipment and agronomic solutions. The position's duties include in-field technical assistance, sales support, project management, customer demonstrations, and the execution of marketing activities to maximize engagement. Extensive travel is needed, including average weekly overnight stays of up to three nights per week.

In a typical day, YOU Will:

- Strengthen dealer and user relationships to promote, recommend, and optimize OEM products and solutions, as well as meet the current agricultural trends within the assigned territory
- Provide infield specialized help to dealers and users for optimal machine operations and increase technical knowledge with planned training programs
- Supporting the product development process and prototypes during the transition to series production
- Responsible for retrofit programs, technical updates, and preparation of documentation
- Roll out and train dealers on OEM portal and service information system
- Coordination of all warranty claims within the assigned territory
- Prepare sales and stocking plans for parts of all OEM product lines
- Generate ideas and solutions through solid customer relationships
- Follow up on customer needs by regular communication within the team

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with AG equipment and service functions is necessary
- Knowledge of the AG industry and dealer networks is required
- Strong technical acumen including electronics and precision farming
- Technical education or technical work experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Self-starter, ambitious & motivated with the ability to work in a team
- Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Two years of higher education or equivalent relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license and passport

Compensation:
This is a salary-paid position based on experience and education. Our benefit package includes Health, Dental, Vision coverage, Life Insurance, Short-Term / Long-term Disability Insurance, an employer-matched Retirement Savings Plan, and three weeks of paid vacation per year.
