**What You’ll Do**:

- Work directly with customers to secure financing and insurance options that meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial regulations
- Assist the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to finance and insurance activities
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchasing process

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of **automotive finance experience** required
- Strong knowledge of finance, leasing, warranty, pre-paid maintenance, and aftermarket protection products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- **CDK experience is an asset**, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
