Bituminex Paving is a Wpg based Heavy Construction firm specializing in Asphalt & Concrete Paving, and Underground Work.

Currently looking to hire a Traffic Control Coordinator. This will be a full-time, seasonal position. The primary responsibility will be to set up and coordinate construction signage in work zones according to the Traffic Management Plan and review that the worksite traffic flow is functioning properly on a daily basis. The position may also include the coordination of flagging personnel for numerous construction crews.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Assisting in Traffic Management and Pedestrian Accessibility Plans
- Managing lane closures on local and regional streets
- Set up, maintain, and remove construction zone signage and ensure compliance with drawings, plans and regulatory specifications
- Monitor inventory delivered and returned so no equipment is lost or forgotten on site
- Coordinate and lead flag personnel
- Other duties as assigned

Previous experience and/ or knowledge of traffic control requirements is not required but greater consideration will be given to those. Wage is determined by skill and experience. We offer health benefits and a company pension plan.

Applicant Requirements:

- Class 5 driving license
- Possess a current Traffic Control Coordinator and Flagging Certificate
- Knowledge of MTTC (Manual of Temporary Traffic Control)
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods under varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift/carry 80lbs.
- Able to work weekends
- Able to communicate well with others
- Must be organized and self-motivated

Pay: $20.00-$36.00 per hour
