**Summary**:
Reporting to (Supervisor/Manager), the Accounts Payable Coordinator will ensure that purchase orders and vendor invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The Accounts Payable Coordinator plays an integral role in The Miller Group’s value of pushing the motive of building greatness with its employees, and to promote entrepreneurial spirit to seek improvement and embrace innovation and accountability.

**As an Accounts Payable Coordinator you will**:

- Create AP vouchers in JDE
- Upload AP invoices onto OnBase
- Co-ordinate with Non-PO invoice coding
- Monitor the status of pending invoices
- Review vendor statements monthly and respond to vendor inquiries
- Assist with office administration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure invoicing issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assisting in month end closing, accounts analysis and audit process
- Reviews and processes accounts payable transactions accurately and timely, ensuring proper procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**You will bring**:

- 2+ years’ relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Effective organization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
- Detail oriented and focused on accuracy of invoices
- Problem solving skills to identify issues and generate optimal solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
