**Job description**:
As the Traffic and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our shipping schedules, documentation, and orders run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling shipping orders, preparing documentation, and ensuring full compliance with governing import and export requirements. The Traffic and Logistics Specialist will also support Armacell World Class Manufacturing activities through participation on the Supply Chain Management Pillar.

**Key responsibilities include**:
**Logistics**:

- Prepare shipping paperwork (BOL, Packing Slips and Customs Documents).
- Support inbound and outbound shipments from 3PL in Canada/US/Europe.
- Scheduling - Traffic Schedule (Shipping/Receiving).
- Continuous monitoring and communicating with internal and external customers.
- Prepare EDI orders for deliveries to customers.
- Manage document retention for all orders through file management/scanning and filing.
- Prepare customer invoices using SAP for submission to the Finance Department.
- Work closely with our Inventory Specialist to ensure product availability for on-time in-house customer requirements.
- Daily communication with our third-party logistics provider.
- Identify and analyze issues and/or escalate as required.
- Prepare and analyze various reports for the traffic and shipping departments using SAP, Excel and SmartSheets.
- OTIF Tracking and Monitoring.

**General and Reporting Duties**
- Participate in worldclass manufacturing and supply chain meetings and provide support as required
- Participate in special projects and other ad-hoc duties.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in the Transportation industry, particularly dealing with shipping documentation such as NAFTA, INCOTERM 2000, Import and Export Permit Acts, B13 requirements.
- Customs Compliance knowledge
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to $23.50 per hour
