**About us**
Peridot Supply Inc is a growth oriented company engaged in wholesale distribution of building materials for the construction industry.
**Objectives**
A Sales Administrator will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, prepare quotes, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This is a pivotal position and is responsible for a variety of job functions. This person is a main contact point and is an important representative of our company.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare quotations for customers, ensure accuracy of information relative to manufacturers requirements.
- Coordinate order flow with shipping/customer service.
- Research new sales opportunities, identify opportunities, and track opportunity progress.
- Maintain CRM data as it relates to customers and sales opportunities.
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
- Develop and manage customer relationships in conjunction with the sales group.
- Maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Maintains product knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing manufacturers publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- A quick learner and ability to communicate with a diverse clientele group.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
- Experience with building/construction supply materials an asset.
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
