**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Working as an integral part of the Ta na wa Shéway I7x̱w ta Úxwumixw Planning and Capital Projects Department, this position reports directly to the Housing Manager, this position is the administrative service provider for the department. The position is the key “point of contact” between the department and the Manager and Department Head, providing critical communication and scheduling links. The incumbent operates at a high level of membership and customer interaction and must be able to respond with courtesy, tact and diplomacy. The main responsibilities of the Housing Admin Coordinator include tracking all housing budgets, processing purchase orders, records management, and the department accounting duties. The position coordinates work orders, purchase orders and accounts payable inquiries on behalf of the Planning & Capital Projects construction team.

**Starting Salary**: $ 47,288 annually, plus a comprehensive benefit program.
