**Our Company is currently looking for a Junior Inside Sales Rep** to join our team.

**Position Summary**

The Junior Inside Sales Rep is responsible for engaging customers to drive awareness to our portfolio of products while delivering excellent customer service. The position will report directly to the Director of Sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Input, update, and maintain customer information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Preparation and follow up of customer quotations
- Close new business and onboard customers ensuring all required documents are received and customer is setup as per internal procedure.
- Manage new and existing relationships by creating rapport via regular contact and follow up
- Answer customer inquiries and concerns regarding product availability, pricing etc.
- Adhere to monthly Sales call targets and KPIs
- Learn and demonstrate solid product & services knowledge to ensure performance delivery
- Explore and identify customer and market trends and best practices to effectively prospect in our market. Provide reports to management.
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Sales and/or customer service experience is an asset
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create and maintain customer relationships
- Must be organized, efficient, accurate and have the ability to prioritize and work under critical deadlines
- Energetic, self-motivated, and determined to meet challenges with a positive attitude

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
