**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative & Operational**:

- Greet students and families, answer phones, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule tutoring sessions and coordinate tutor availability using center management tools.
- Maintain accurate student records, manage payments, and ensure proper documentation.
- Support tutors with onboarding, scheduling, and classroom setup.
- Ensure the learning center is clean, safe, and organized.

**Customer Service & Communication**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for families and tutors.
- Provide updates to parents regarding student progress and center activities.
- Help resolve concerns or escalate issues to the Center Director as needed.

**Marketing & Community Engagement**:

- Support local marketing initiatives by promoting services both online and offline.
- Plan and attend community events (e.g., school fairs, local festivals) to represent the Scholars brand.
- Set up and manage booths at local events to engage with families and promote center programs.
- Build relationships with local schools, community centers, and organizations to boost visibility.
- Assist with social media content, promotional campaigns, and open house events.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferably in an educational setting).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling software.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for working with families and educators.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be available for after-school and evening hours.
- Light lifting of educational materials may be required.
- Work is primarily indoors in a fast-paced learning center environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
