**About us**

We are seeking fun, energetic and accountable restaurant Servers. We value a good attitude and willingness to learn.

This jobs is EVENINGS and WEEKENDS. There are NO daytime shifts.

**Summary of Experience**
- Must have prior restaurant experience, minimum of 2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests promptly in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down stations, restocking supplies, and performing side work.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the restaurant's menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with professionalism and care.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
