**Project Coordinator**
- on construction experience and an eagerness to develop their skill set for the long term with a rapidly growing company.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Support senior staff with various duties as assigned i.e. calling subtrades during the bid process, maintaining a master trade list, recording meeting minutes etc.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities.
- Prepares construction schedules by studying plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting efficiencies.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- A college diploma/degree or better, preferably in a related area of study.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other pertinent software.
- A willingness to step outside of their primary function in order to support the overall business when needed.
- Great communication skills, and a Team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,457.00-$65,185.00 per year
