Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **IT Project Coordinator **to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The IT Project Coordinator will support project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team. The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues, and risks of the project. It is their job to make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This can include communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.

**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the **IT Project Coordinator **include:

- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders;
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks;
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle;
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project manager;
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping;
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies;
- Liaising between the IT department and other departments;
- Assisting other IT teams as needed;
- Perform other duties as assigned;

- Ability to schedule activities and set priorities so deadlines are met, and goals accomplished;
- Basic knowledge or interest in the airline industry a plus;
- IT professional;
- Passion for learning new technologies and processes;
- Execute project management administrative tasks;
- Prepare and manage project management documents;
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports;
- Support project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks;
- Foster cross-team collaboration;

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field;
- Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP), or similar is an asset;
- Two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
- Working knowledge of project management software;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems;
- Demonstrated ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and demonstrated ability to learn and implement new programs and software;
- Clear criminal record check;
- Ability to work in a high-stress, ever-changing work environment while managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks and assignments;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Level-headedness, calmness, and the ability to think and respond appropriately in difficult situations;
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
